At the trade fair this week-end, I happened upon the most unexpected booth. I’ve heard of doulas but wrongly assumed these were options available only in larger centres. Mary Neudorf and Linda Siemens are offering their pregnancy support services locally. I don’t have specific information about these ladies but was excited to hear the option exists for couples who are interested.
Families in Motion – Friday, April 13
The 3rd Families in Motion event is happening this Friday at Bert Ambrose. The first 2 events in this pilot project have been very well attended and the feedback has been excellent. Come check out how we can get our entire families active and fit.

We had 13 dads and 15 kids come play tonight at Robert Ogilvie. It was a great evening with tons of fun, giggles and Dad time. See you again, April 14th 6 pm – 7:30 pm.
