Daddy and Me is a FREE, drop-in gym time at Robert Ogilve gym from 6: – 7:30 pm the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  It’s an opportunity for active play with Dad!  What could be more fun!

Friday is Families in Motion at the CDC 6 – 7:30.  It overlaps with the parade, which is unfortunate.  Being outside and walking is great for families, as well.  But I hope to see lots of you there.
