I see a lot of blogs on getting active with our kids but this one felt fresh. Â It was a good reminder for me during this last push of winter. Â I was at the doctor today and was asked how much time I spend out of doors. Â May – September we’re out about 3 hours each day. Â But now … 5 – 20 minutes. Â That was another wake-up call for me. Â As we all start to feel blue and contrary headed into March, the answer may lie in more physical activity but equally important, being outside.
On the week-end, we decided to rediscover the sledding hill behind North Peace Secondary. Â It’s just steep enough to provide some excitement and provide a challenge climbing back up. Â Hope to see you there.
