Our first adventure was to the Community Forest.  A few families arrived early to see two deer and we also saw a helicopter and two airplanes fly over our heads!!  We went on a nature walk through the forest, collecting all sorts of things like pine cones, leaves, small twigs, rocks…  On our return the children glued their nature finds on to paper.  We then ended with a snack!  Thank you to all who came out to join me on such a beautiful fall morning!
