Daddy and Me
21 children and 17 Dads (a couple of Grandpas) participated in our Sept. Event:Â Bowling When the children were waiting for their turn to bowl, we saw a lot of Daddy and Me cuddle time. It was a great celebration of “dad time”.

Play in the Park 2011
What an amazing first day at the Park. There were more than 65 children participating at KIN Park this afternoon doing crafts, reading stories and playing games. Thank you to Kayla and Serena for coordinating such a large community event. See you Thursday at Matthew’s Park. Thank you to the Alaska Highway News for stopping by.

ELMO is coming to visit
The Encana Event Centre is presenting Elmo’s Healthy Heroes, July 27th.   As part of that exciting event, Elmo is visiting communities in our area highlighting the importance of a healthy lifestyle and encouraging kids to come see the show. He will be visiting the play centres around the city on May 30th. See the attached poster for more details.
