  • CCRR – Nov & Dec Newsletter

    Until recently, I was not aware of the CCRR, the Child Care Resource and Referral centre.  I had heard the letters mentioned but didn’t know what they meant.   Heather and Moya at the CCRR center are an amazing team who care so much about little people and have already taught me a great deal about what is available in our own community.  I’ve attached their November newsletter.  Enjoy!

  • Free CDC Interactive Play Centre

    The CDC has a new interactive play centre open.  The play space is free for parents and pre-school children.  The room has been designed with a specific focus on toddlers (18-36 months) and has an infant area where they too can safely explore.  Please stop by and explore!

    FREE Ready, Set, Learn events are starting around our community!
    Ready, Set, Learn is designed to help parents and children aged 3-4  get ready for school  Families are welcome to attend events in any school, not just in their home school.   Here are some of the events running weekly.
