Risky Business

Emma and her friend Nixon using there great climbing skills. I have a
belief that child should be allowed to do what we as adults would be called “risky” behavior. I really feel that if we allow them to take risks and
know their limits that they will be better at making some of those tough decisions later on in life.

Emma and Liam were trying to do some stacking.. the problem became though
that the tower was taller then they could reach. They asked me how were
they going to get up there?

Duncan Cran StrongStart and Preschool will be closed Monday October 26 due to unforeseen circumstances.  Robert Ogilvie and Taylor StrongStart Centers will be open should parents want an alternative place to go.  Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Taylor & Clearview StrongStart Centers Opening!

Great news!

Taylor StrongStart will open its doors from 9:00 – 11:30am beginning Monday October 19.  Please welcome Esther Bullert as the new StrongStart facilitator.
Clearview StrongStart will open its doors at 9:00 – 11:30am beginning Thursday October 22.

Science at StrongStart

Duncan Cran StrongStart participated in the “Fort St John Loves Families” week today!  The room was set up with a variety of science related centres and activities to explore!
Even the rain couldn’t stop us from taking science outdoors and make stuff “explode!”
