Parenting Series: Seeing Children as Researchers
Our monthly parenting series continues this month with a fresh look at early learning.

Once again Morgan Peltier, the children’s librarian, has partnered with a community group to use the FSJ Library as a venue for intriguing, literacy and cultural opportunities for children and families. This month the Library is hosting the team from S.U.C.C.E.S.S for a celebration of the Chinese calendar Year of the Snake. There will be food and stories,Illustration Station and Crafternoons
These activities are for kids aged 6 – 12. It’s older than my target group but it’s such a series of events that I had to spread the word. Anything that brings art and self-expression into our lives is worth pursuing.
