Daddy and Me – bowling


Pam Lillico hosts the monthly community Daddy and Me events. Here is her message for September.
Just back this week and started it out with 40 people (22 children and 18 dads) attending our Daddy and Me bowling last night.  We welcomed 9 new families to Daddy and Me.

Dad’s health matters!

We work so hard to get our kids healthy and active.  What about the dads? Northern Health published the Community Consultation on Men’s Health in 2011.  From that consultation, plans have been made to help northern men get healthy and active.

Daddy and Me events start again early in September.  Each month, there is a community event and a gym night.  You are welcome to attend either or both.  It’s free and drop-in.  Come whenever you can.
